Son Gallard Vell — Web design — WordPress development and web design by Indigo Estudio, Mallorca

Son Gallard Vell is a Mallorcan estate dating from 1581, covering more than 20 hectares, with 5,309 m² of built area and 5,000 almond trees in Coll d’en Rabassa, just minutes from Palma. The brief was to create a website that would do justice to its history whilst also showcasing it to buyers and investors.

We have designed the website as a journey: History, Buying the estate, Press and Contact. A black background and a large, classic serif font; the photographs of the stone, the landscape and the animals on the estate do the rest. Four coloured blocks, each with its own icon, organise the main sections and are repeated as a consistent design element throughout the website.

Key figures have their own section, the press covers the 2024 Flor de Almendro Award, and visits are by appointment only. All content is available in Spanish, English and German, and is optimised for mobile devices.
