Kami Head Spa needed more than just a functional website. The problem wasn’t just aesthetic. The previous version on Wix didn’t do justice to the venue’s calibre, nor did it handle the operational side of things properly.

At Indigo, we’re rethinking everything. We’re developing a new visual identity that’s cleaner, calmer and more in keeping with the actual spa experience. Less clutter, more purpose.

But the biggest change lies beneath the surface. A comprehensive booking system has been integrated, featuring real-time logic for timetables, treatments and availability. It also includes the entire purchasing process and gift cards, linking everything together in a single workflow.

The idea was that everything would slot together. That there would be no friction.
